Near £200 has been taken from my bank account buying things of the net?

Can someone tell me the procedure and how to get this money back and what kind of forms will i have to fill in?

First make sure you know exactly what the miney was spent on the make sure none of your friends or family could have done it (even accidentally if you have your card details stored on any websites for easier paying, like buy with one click on amazon).

You will need to call up your bank and explain to them what has happened. You need to do this as soon as possible, so no more money can be taken and so they can look into it. They will talk you through any paperwork and any other steps to get you the money back.

Call your bank immediately and report unauthorized transactions on your account. You will have that account "stopped" while the bank investigates. You will have to get a new card and account number issued. The people who accepted your card for payment will have a name and address where the goods were sent. That person is busted.
If it has been through PayPal you must report it to them as well. They will get you to change your passwords etc.
Does anyone you know, little brother or sister, girlfriend, boyfriend have your bank numbers, check with them first. It will be bad if they get charged with fraud!
You should be able to recover the money, most online payments require the extra security number which is only on the card, those that don’t know they could be taking a risk with fraud. So they have to put up with the bank saying "no, that was unauthorized, you didn’t send it to the name and address of the card owner so sorry, well have that money back thanks!
That’s why most sellers refuse to send items to a different shipping address, want a phone number, full name and that extra security number!
